Our property is newly renovated and I am living in this guesthouse. I love gardening and I hope you will like our landscape and enjoy staying with us. I will do my best to make your stay a good memorial in Ayutthaya.

Niwas Ayutthaya means home in Ayutthaya, we offer all rooms with air conditioning, a flat screen TV, and wifi is available. Niwas Ayutthaya is just a 10-min walking distance to Wat Mahathat and Wat Ratburana and 10 mins bike to Wat Prasri Sanphet and Wat Mongkon Bophit.
