If you turn air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around THB 200 per day. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 6 or more persons. If you select only 5 persons, the sofa bed will not be prepared. We will change linen and towels about once every 7 days. Cleaning during your stay will not be provided. We welcome pets, but it must be declared before making a reservation and we will charge extra for additional cleaning. I can arrange motorbike or car rental at good price. I won't need your passport as deposit like most rentals will do here. Transfer to and from pier or airport is also available.

It's the perfect place if you want to get away from the hustle of bustle of Lamai or Chaweng. There are no red light districts here, so more suitable for families with children. Maenam beach is good for swimming year round with no dangerous currents suitable for children. Property is surrounded by tropical garden.
