Deluxe room is not included breakfast. Superior room is size 30 s.q.m., with Twin bed (2 small beds, 3.5 feet each), and a set of PC computer with high speech internet 10M/10M, Wi-Fi, and a printer for free using. Superior room is not included breakfast. Standard room is size 20 s.q.m., with Single bed (A small bed, 3.5 feet, for 1 person only), Wi-Fi, and high speech internet fiber optic10M/10M connection in the room for free using. So, you will see the Mountain View form the guestrooms. And you will see the sea view in our rooms on the 5th floor. "Patong Lamai Residence" is between Simon Cabaret and SM Resort at right site on Sirirat Road. (The way to Patong-Karon Mountain) "Patong Lamai Residence" is 1.1km to Patong beach, and 1.5km to Bangla road. (The center of the entertainment and shopping center in Patong) "Patong Lamai Residence" is 1.3km to Patong Hospital, 1.4km to Patong Police Station, 1.5km to the banks, 1.7km to Patong Post Office, 1.8km to Patong Fire Station, and 1.9km to Patong Municipality Office.
