please be ecofriendly, close electricity and air con when you go out.
Be aware can get cold sick with too much aircon, better use the fan.
Be quiet, not noise in common aeras, do not disturb other residents.
swimming pool close 10 pm no food no drink at swimming pool.
If you break you pay. You must give 5.000bath security deposit, for break, electricity that you will get back departure if no problem.

300 meter from the beach,
internet fiber optic with lan cable in most rooms.
if you come first time in pattaya i can explain you everything and i can help for your visa, open bank account, driving licence.
enjoy low season in pattaya may to october, good weather and cheaper prices.
according to thai law we rent only long term 30 days minimum .

this is a quiet place for long term vacations as required by thai law, not an hotel.
you will find all facilities, drugstores, restaurants around.
