Hello,
My wife and I built this large ,modern,open plan luxury,eco friendly villa ,overlooking a nice bay in 2016,and finished in july 2018.
It is a big U shaped villa with a central pool ,that can be accessed from the bedrooms and loungeroom.It is a lovely villa,with warm wooden floors throughout,a large modern kitchen,and open plan lounge and diningroom,that all share the 15x5 M room.
There are 3 downstairs bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms,a large TV/cinema room,a laundry and 2 undercover Salas,with comfortable lounge chairs,soft lighting and fans,and some gym equipment.
The pool is 9mx4m with a toddler section,and has a waterfall,and super comfortable beanbags to float the day away in.
Upstairs is a 15x5 M master bedroom with 2 king size beds-! is a daybed,or can be used as extra sleeping bed.Also there is a large bathroom,with double spa bath,walk in sgower,double vanity,and a bifold window system,so you can open it up and have a spa at night and see the moon and fishing boat lights on the ocean-very special indeed!
There is also a VIP private balcony overlooking the pool,with a nice view.All bedrooms have fansa and aircon.
There is a large covered parking area at the front
We are here to make your stay as good as possible,we welcome you and give you a tour of the house,and can help in many other ways- car/motorbike rental,tours,in house massages,cooking classes,and give you some pointers on what to see on Samui.
We can organise a daily maid -or give you peace and quiet-it entirely up to you!
We built this house so many people can enjoy it,its big enough so couples can have their own space and perfect for families.
Im sure you will enjoy it as much as we do and our friends and other renters have!
The house is in a good neighborhood,only 300M from the nearest beach,and down a dead end road ,so its very quiet.
There are beachfront restaurants a few min walk away,a water-sport company,and temples and local markets.
Downtown Lamai is a few min away by scooter or car .
There are no steep hills to get to the villa-a problem with many other villas on Samui.
Its in a good central location to explore Samui. We have several tours for you to do,so you can see the best parts of Samui.
We offer a free new car with any booking of more than 5 days
