Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

It is possible to extend your stay at this property at no extra cost for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes, with a maximum limit of 10 extra days.

Medical monitoring is available for guests quarantined due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). This may be provided in person or virtually, depending on the property type and location.

A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property.

Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery.

A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
