Excellent Apartment for a business travelers, family trips or almost any other purposes. It is the Best location in Martin located on the Plaza with Fountain, 3min drive from Highway and 5min walk to the center of Martin. We have own parking slot next to the entrance free to use for guests and many free parking spaces just next to the building. The Apartment is large enough, 84sqm, even for two families with kids. We have a self-checkin and the details you will receive after booking.
The Apartment is on the first floor, easy to access. In the Apartment are two bedrooms, one living room and a separate kitchen. Bathroom is separately from the toilet room. In each bedroom are large built-in closets. You can also enjoy a large balcony with a nice seating set.
Apart from the Apartment we have a cellar to store bicycles or skis.
Unfortunately, we don't provide invoices.
Very safe with a playground and fountain just outside the building.
