Villa EMI is located in a peaceful area, away from the city ​​bustle and traffic noise, but still only 10 km from Koper or Trieste, 20 km from Piran and 25 km from the Croatian border. Surrounded by olive trees, roses and birds singing, Villa EMI offers privacy and relax in a 250 m2 apartment with it's own terrace and meadow. Near to the house, there is a 5x15m private swimming pool.  The accommodation is suitable for larger families or two families together, but is also perfect for couples which like to enjoy bigger areas. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and an additional restroom. In the living room there are two sofa beds, so the apartment can welcome up to 8 people. Among all indoor capacities, the entire place offers a lot of outdoor areas with tables, garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks etc. There is also a lovely and gentle dog, who loves children, guarding the house and guests. The house is shared with the owners, but the entire ground floor, including the apartment, garden, bbq area and swimming pool is private and for the guests only.
Our guests can enjoy the beauties and treats of Slovenian Istria, such as local wine, olive oil, cheese and other mediterranean food, but the strategic location provides much more. You can visit the whole Slovenian coast, Trieste and it's surroundings, Karst or even jump into Croatin Istria which is only a half an hour driving away. For the hiking lovers there are the two nearest mounts, Slavnik (1.028 m) and Nanos (1.262 m). In the same area you can find lots of cycling or walking paths, beaches, caves, tennis courts, touris farms and other places the offer a various and active spending of your holiday.
