Omnia Rooms is part of the company OMNIA HAIR BEAUTY, Teja Vadnal s.p., which has been dedicated to beauty, well-being and now also comfortable living for many years. As a company that combines aesthetics and functionality, we have transferred the same attention to detail to our accommodation that we give to our customers in the cosmetic industry. The rooms are carefully designed with a pleasant stay in mind - regardless of whether it is a short break, a business trip or exploring the Karst. We guarantee guests complete privacy, while at the same time we are always available for help and questions. ✅ Self-check-in takes place without personal contact, as we have introduced a modern keybox system - upon arrival you will receive a code that allows uninterrupted access to the room at any time after 4 pm. ✅ The accommodation manager is always available for help - in person, by phone or via messages. Our goal is simple: to make you feel at home, free and without unnecessary complications with us.

Welcome to Omnia Rooms, a modern accommodation offering four comfortable and beautifully furnished rooms in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation or a short break. All rooms are located on the first floor, with access to a spacious shared terrace (80 m²) and a seating area - ideal for socializing or evening relaxation. The accommodation offers: ✅ Free Wi-Fi ✅ Free parking ✅ Air conditioning in all rooms ✅ Bicycle garage available ✅ Pets are welcome at no extra charge Rooms: • Room 1 (44 m², for 6 people): Two separate bedrooms, first bedroom: double bed (180x200 cm) and single bed (90x200 cm), second bedroom: bunk bed, spacious bathroom with two sinks, shower, bidet and toilet. Ideal for families or a group of friends. • Room 2 (21 m², for 2 people): Two single beds (90x200 cm), private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. • Room 3 (21 m², for 2 people): Double bed (180 x 200 cm), comfortable sofa, private bathroom with shower and toilet. • Room 4 (18 m², for 2 people): Double bed (180 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower and toilet.

Omnia Rooms is located in Križ, a pleasant Karst village just above Sežana, in the heart of the Slovenian Karst Plateau. The location is perfect for those who want to experience authentic Karst nature, silence and fresh air, while staying close to the city and attractions. What the surrounding area offers: • 🏞️ Natural attractions: in the immediate vicinity are the Škocjan Caves (UNESCO), Vilenica, the Karst Edge, Lipica with the famous Lipizzaner horses and the Sežana Botanical Park. • 🚲 Active holidays: the landscape is ideal for cycling, hiking and walks among pine trees and dry stone walls. • 🍷 Local cuisine: numerous Karst osmice, wine bars and home-made inns in the area offer excellent prosciutto, Teran and other Karst delicacies. • 🛍️ Shops & infrastructure: Sežana is only 3 minutes away by car (or 25 minutes on foot) - there you will find shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank, a post office, a train station, etc. • 🇮🇹 Border with Italy: Trieste is only a 15-minute drive away - ideal for a day trip, shopping or visiting seaside resorts. 📌 Access is easy, the location is quiet, safe and very accessible by car.
