Marinavita - a house floating in the renowned yacht marina of Portoroz, at the more exclusive end of the pontoon.
Enjoy your waterfront holidays, awake with the sun slanting through the bed room window.
Throw open the curtains and watch the boats - just meters away from you - going for a sail.
Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast while enjoying the 360° view.
All around there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday.

The house floats in the proximity of other similar floating houses in Marina Portorož, near the sea-entrance, a 2-minute walk to the beach that boasts a brand-new beach bar.
A large sea-water swimming pool is nearby.
Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are a 5-minute bicycle ride away.
The private parking - only 50 meters from the floating house - is free of charge. There are also 2 bicycles at your disposal.
