When I first discovered this plot of land, I instantly fell in love with the breathtaking view – the peaceful valley, the quiet surroundings, and the sense of calm made it clear that this was the perfect place to create a special retreat. I personally took part in building and designing much of the villa, with great attention to detail. My goal was to create a space that feels both warm and welcoming, offering comfort and a strong connection to nature. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying a barbecue on the terrace, unwinding in the jacuzzi with a view, or simply resting in the cozy living room, I hope you’ll feel right at home. Check-in is easy and contactless – you can access the villa yourself through a keybox, allowing for flexibility and privacy. Villa Harmonia is a unique private accommodation of 120 m², surrounded by nature and offering a stunning view of the valley. Suitable for up to 5 guests, it provides complete comfort and privacy for a relaxing getaway. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a private outdoor pool with sun loungers. A covered parking space is available on-site. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed – the lower bed measures 140x200 cm, and the upper bed 90x200 cm – along with a wardrobe for additional storage. A highlight of the villa is the atrium above the living area, where you’ll find a private jacuzzi, a relaxing lounge chair, and large panoramic windows overlooking the pool and surrounding nature. This space is ideal for quiet evenings and peaceful moments. The house offers self check-in via keybox and is perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for peace, nature, and comfort.

The location offers complete privacy, breathtaking views of the valley, and direct contact with nature. The surrounding area is known for its unspoiled landscape, forests, meadows, and numerous trails ideal for walking, cycling, or simply relaxing in the quiet countryside. The nearby town of Rogatec has a rich cultural and historical heritage. Just a short drive from the villa, you can visit the Rogatec Open-Air Museum, one of the largest of its kind in Slovenia, showcasing traditional architecture and rural life from centuries past. You’ll also find local farms nearby offering fresh produce and homemade products. Only a few kilometers away is Rogaška Slatina, a renowned spa town famous for its healing mineral springs, elegant parks, walking paths, and wellness centers. For nature lovers and hikers, the nearby Bohor area provides scenic trails and outdoor experiences. The villa is easily accessible by car and offers free covered parking on site.
