In the TRIGLAV NATIONAL PARK, in an idyllic clearing in the middle of Mežakla, stands the Goldilocks cottage (954 metres above sea level). Because of my love for nature, forest and animals, I made the cottage in 2000. Since I want you to experience the beauty of nature, I decided to make it possible for you to do so. The cabin is built from larch logs, which gives a cabin a homely feeling. There you will be able to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to connect with family or friends, to feel the nature around you, its peace, tranquillity and birdsong. If you are looking for excursions, there are nearby Jerebikovec 1621 m with a beautiful view of the Julian Alps, Škrbina 1210 m or a little further away up to 20 km such as Bled, Vintgar, Krma, Radovna, Pokljuka and many others. But if you are looking for peace just stay at the cabin where you can connect with your family and play board games, darts, badbinton or just listen to the birdsong. The lower floor is the owner's part, where the owner occasionally spends weekends. Guests experience it as an advantage - because the owner is friendly, discreet and always ready to help. If desired, he will share local tips for excursions, light up the sauna for you or simply let you enjoy complete privacy. Chalet Goldilocks is not just a house - it is an experience of living in nature, where time passes more slowly. Just a few minutes away from Bled and Triglav National Park, a fairy tale begins here, which you write yourself. On the day of arrival, all guests are met in the village Zgornje Gorje and escorted on gravel road to our cottage. A snack will be waiting for you there. The cabin is fully equipped. It is suitable for both families and friends. Please notice, the water in the cabin is not drinkable.
