House Zarja is located in a quiet location, surrounded by nature and silence - a perfect environment for rest and escape from the city bustle. For complete relaxation, a sauna, a hot tub and an outdoor pool are available within the house. We also thought of guests who have to work even on vacation - in the bedrooms there are two workstations equipped with a lift table, an ergonomic chair and a monitor. And during the breaks between work and rest, the game room is at your disposal - a room for entertainment equipped with table football, air hockey, darts and arcade games. Welcome to our little corner of happiness.

We are a couple that likes to enjoy, work, have fun and rest. And we combine all that on our trips! We are sure that we are not the only ones, that's why we decided to offer our guests the opportunity to experience all this in our holiday house Zarja. When traveling, we like to try local cuisine, good wines and craft beers. While we are at home, we humbly serve our pets: 2 dogs, 3 cats and countless plants. We enjoyed the process of renovating and furnishing the house, we hope you will enjoy using it.

Bizeljsko is an area of beautiful natural beauty, numerous hiking and biking trails. You are surrounded by vineyards and cellars where you can taste and buy wine from local producers and other specialties. You can also try your hand at fishing in agreement with the owner of a nearby pond. The proximity of the highway (20 min drive from the house) allows you to reach Ljubljana or Zagreb in less than an hour. The famous Olimia Spa, Čatež Spa and Tuheljske Toplice are located in the surrounding area. For lovers of history and art, we recommend a visit to one of the numerous castles (Podsreda, Bizeljsko, Krško castle, Veliki Tabor...) or the Antun Augustincic gallery in Klanjec and the Staro selo museum in Kumrovac. Be sure to try the food from the Villa Zelenjak - Ventek restaurant, Les inn, Huda pizzeria, Debeluh restaurant, Reset Brewery, Kocjan inn... We recommend a visit to the Istenič winery - one of the best sparkling wine producers in Slovenia.
