“Good location in a quiet residential area, about a 15-20 min walk to the Old Town. Very large and spacious room. Excellent restaurant with delicious and good value food. Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant.”

Carefully renovated Villa , mostly new building built after studied the drewings from year 1908. Designed and furnitured in Toskana style, since first owners were Italian& Slovene aristocracy .of the time. At the ground floor beautifull restaurant with lots of mediterranian flair.
In guest house are working two Slowenian families with the tradition in hosting .
Parma is situated only about 300 m to the tenis tournament courts, skating and ice hockey hall.To the city center less than 10 minutes, bus station is also nearby. About 2 km to the famous ski slopes of Maribor. It si easy to find it when living the highway, especialy when using Navi.
