Gorgeous Chalet is located on the quiet and all-day sunny side of Lake Bled. Because of the short distance to the lake (150 metres, 2 minutes on foot) and beautiful nature that surrounds the house (5.500 square metres, mainly forest) you will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation. With some luck you will easily see forest animals (roe deer, squirrel...) behind the house. Chalet is one of few private properties in Bled suitable for larger families / groups, plus it has a large private parking. It is possible to rent only the entire property. No one else will be staying there. We don't live in the house, but only a couple of minutes away so we are there for you in case you need anything. If you have any questions or wishes before you arrive or during the stay then just feel free to call us and we will help you. Pets are allowed to stay in the house (additional payment). Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

My name is Anže and I will be glad to welcome you in Gorgeous Chalet. With my family we love traveling and exploring lesser known secrets of nature as well as cities. When we travel, we love to taste local food and specialities, especially sweets :-)

Chalet is an excellent starting point whether you'd like to go hiking (Pokljuka valley, Bled Vintgar), cycling (Radovna valley), skiing (Pokljuka, Straža, Vogel), fishing (Radovna river) or just walk around a bit and enjoy the silent sound of nature. The city centre is 25 minutes walking distance away - a pleasant walk along the lake. Railway station is only 3 minutes walking distance away. Train can take you to Bohinjska Bistrica (Lake Bohinj) and further to Nova Gorica, or to Jesenice and from there to Ljubljana. Every 45 minutes a Tourist street train stops 50 metres away from the house (in Rowing centre) and goes around the lake. Closest beach is at Rowing centre (150 metres), Grajska beach is 1.4 km away and Camping place 0.9 km away. There you can also rent bikes, as in Rowing centre. If needed, we can also organise airport transfers for you, or tourist/mountain guide...
