Welcome to our magical house in a picturesque Karst village, overlooking the Gulf of Trieste. It is oriented to the south and west so that you can enjoy sunlight from morning till evening. On the ground floor of the main part of the house, there is an entrance hall, a guest toilet, and a living area with a kitchen. Stairs lead to the first floor. There are two rooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed if necessary, a bathroom, and a utility room equipped with a dryer and washing machine. One of the bedroom and bathroom have access to a balcony, offering a magnificent view of the sunset and the Gulf of Trieste. The house boasts a designer interior and quality furniture, a nicely landscaped garden, and an outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen and a metal pergola. The accommodation is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils, and everything else you need for your vacation. The house has underfloor heating, and during the summer months, two air conditioning units are available on the ground and upper floors. Additionally, the house features a modern built-in ventilation system. The house accommodates up to 4 people and is only a 15-20 minute drive from the sea and Ronchi Airport (Italy), as well as the first major city, Nova Gorica.
