In this apartment you live on the countryside, but at the same time only a 5 minutes driv away from everything.
As the name says it is a studio, that means that you do not have much of a view from the apartment since it's located in the basement of our house.
On the other hand the apartment compensates this with everything fresh, new and cozy. Then you have an amazing view from the terrass that belongs only to the apartment -here you can lap some sun or do barbecuing, there are bikes included so you can easily reach the ocean and/or several restaurants. If you like golf you live just one shot away from Hamra driving range.
