We are Niklas and Marlene.Since 2007, we have owned and managed two wonderful historic houses in central Östersund. Our home is a beautiful villa from 1920, where we live and create our life. The older house, built in 1850 and the oldest on Prästgatan, we have transformed into a memorable accommodation experience for our guests. We offer furnished apartments that allow our visitors to experience a piece of the city's rich history and charm. Sharing our passion for travel, culture, and authentic experiences is something dear to our hearts. We believe in creating memories and moments that enrich people's lives, and our historic houses provide a unique opportunity to do just that.
