Our old family property close to the ocean and beach has made complete with an extra guest house built in 2018 on the same plot that our family's summer cottage is situated on. It is small, but built in high quality and standards similiar to a house built for living all year round. On the bottom floor you will find a nice living room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as a small bedroom for two. On the loft, two beds are found and usually the kids appreciate this cozy area. Outdoors you have a large wooden deck at your disposal and you will hear the treetops moving in the wind, birds and the ocean which is only 200 m away. Should you want to rent it for long term, it is possible, but we recommend maximum 2 guests for longer rentals due to the size.

Grown up in the area, now 48 years later renting one house out and living in the other one during summer time with my spouse and daughter. The neighbourhood is a quiet family villa area, although during summers it is really a popular destination for vacationlovers. On the beach you'll find one fine restaurant overlooking the ocean as well as a "kiosk" selling fast food and ice cream. You will always have something to do in Höllviken as there are many restaurants, a small marina, a water sports club and there are 4 golf courses nearby. Should you wish to visit Malmö or Copenhagen, it is only an hour away.
