Liten köksö. Matbord. Mitsubishi luftvärmepump/ air cond. 22" TV, Internet. Dörr till badrum med dusch, WC och handfat. Morgonsol på terass, kvällsol vid grill och uteplats. Fri parkering intill huset. Utsikt mot ängar, skog och uppvuxen trädgård. Får och hästar. Tyst lantlig miljö. Värdparet bo i villa 60 m från huset. Fina promenad och cykelvägar. 4 km till Gullmarsfjorden och Byfjorden. Klippor sandstrand och havsbad.
