First Camp Luleå is open all year round. Here one can expect a unique natural life, so come equipped with your fishing rods and you could find lavaret (white fish), trout and pike in the Lule river to take home for your evening dinner. The children can burn off their excess energy at the adventure water park with water slides, wave machine and a children’s pool. Outdoor Museum Visit a culture historical outdoor museum Hagnan – a replica of life in the old days. The buildings here are from the 18th century up to the 20th century. World Heritage Gammalstad Church Town The church town of Gammalstad has been on the UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites since 1996. This is Norrland’s biggest medieval stone church which is today one of the world’s best conserved churches with 408 church cottages around the church. Bothnia Railway Museum Visit one of the largest railway museums in Sweden. Located in the historical railway environment of Karlsvik, 50 metres from the campsite, you can see or ride the locomotives and wagons from the various periods.
