At your request, the property reservation team can arrange a luxurious roundtrip journey by speedboat or seaplane.

Please share your flight details with the property before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer.

A signed waiver form will be needed to be signed by parent, legal guardian or custodian for children under the age of 12 years old to be permitted to stay in the water villas.

Prepayment is required two weeks prior to arrival. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited.

For breakfast included in the rate, it will be served at NESMA restaurant.

When making your reservation, please notify our team of any medical conditions, allergies, physical ailments or if you are pregnant, in order for us to give you the best possible experience.

The resort will not accept reservations for any people below 18 years occupying a villa alone unless accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

Please inform The St. Regis Red Sea Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

To confirm your island transfer, we kindly request you to share the following information, if not already provided, at least 7 days prior to your stay to guarantee a smooth arrival and minimize waiting time and surcharges:

• Arrival flight details, number, and timing

• Departure flight details, number, and timing

• Preferred method of transportation

• All guests’ full names

• Copy of all guests' Passports and E-visa for visitors or Iqama for Saudi residents or National ID for Saudi citizens (for permits)

If you wish to drive directly to our location, we offer complimentary parking at the Red Sea Welcome Center where you can enjoy and relax in their lounge until the speedboat departure time (the golf car will take you to the jetty).

To proceed with the car permits, kindly share the following details at least 7 days prior to your arrival:

• Copy of a valid Vehicle/Car Registration.

• Copy of a valid Car Insurance.

• Copy of a valid Driver's License.
