Our property dates from 19th century and represents an urban house in downtown area with backyard and garden. It is authentic urban large downtown ground floor house from period of K&K imperium and typical for Vojvodina. It was reconstructed in 1980s and turned from familz house to a small Corporate Bank. Last year we have finalized renovation and reconstruction to a B&B. From the street side facing the main city crossing, few hundered meters awaz from citz center, hospital and main station. Yet the back yard is protected from the trafic and street noise. Idilic garden in the city center is all made and offered for our guests. Our rooms are 3.7m high and equipped with bathrooms and high quality madrases. Idea is to offer guests comfort of plenty space in and outside. Having a secure parking on site and old town location so that all POI can be reached on foot is a benefit . Guests can enjoy lounge with Nespresso coffe or Patio equipped with outdoor kitchen. Downtown market place is 500m from our facility and offers fresh vegetables , froots, fish and meat everz day. For motorcycles and bicycles we have several parking gargages as well as our mechanics for necessary repairs.

We will try to assist our guests in everz aspect to provide their staz confortable and enjoyable. The host speaks several languages and used to live abroad inseveral states for many years. Beside traveling and meeting different people, his hobbies are arts, motorcycling, skiing, gastronomy and producing wine and brandy.

There are many POIs at walking distance. All museums, Roman ruins, Market, Restaurants, river Sava, City Beach, Sport Center, public indoor swimming pool, tenis coarts, Horseback riding club, etc...
