Koti apartment is located on the Zlatibor mountain, 5 minute walk from the city center. There's a free private parking space for the guests of the apartment in front of the building. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and it has free Wifi and a balcony with a view. Both TVs in the apartment are flat-screen smart TVs, with satellite television, as well as Netflix and Youtube Premium accounts. Towels and bedsheets are provided.
There's a supermarket located 50 meters from the apartment. The spa center of the "Vip Casa Club" hotel is located across the building. Across the building is also "Casa de Vinos" restaurant, which does a buffet table for breakfast, among other things.
