Welcome to Apartment Balzak, modernly renovated and decorated. It has 64m2, two large rooms (bedroom and living room), with air conditions in each room, free and fast wi-fi, with a quiet neighbourhood, will make you a comfortable stay. The apartment is bright, extremely spacious, it has a terrace and a large and fully equipped kitchen and as well as a modern bathroom. The guests first tell us that everything is as it is in the pictures and we always exceed their expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness and comfort. We are extremely careful about the hygiene and cleanliness of our apartment and we would like to emphasize this.

Apartment Balzak Novi Sad is located on Liman, the most beautiful part of Novi Sad. There are wide streets, sidewalks, bike lanes, large free parking, greenery, playground area in this quiet and tidy part of town. In front of the building there is a Taxi station, as well as a bus stop with which you are connected to the whole city. Nearby there is a supermarket, as well as smaller shops, exchange offices, pharmacies, bakeries, clinics HealthMedic clinics and Dr Cvjetkovic MediGroup In front of the building, there is a large and free parking, official taxi stand and bus stop (10 mins to the centre). Just across the street, there are 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, currency exchange offices, cafes, private polyclinics. You can go by foot from 5 to 20 min to the market place, business centre "Park City", shopping centre "Promenade", river beach "Strand", River Resort, City Center. In addition to going fast on the highway, close to the apartment is the Park City IT and Business Center, Liman Park, Strand - the most beautiful beach on the whole Danube, River resort or Fisherman island, Novi Sad Fair, TC Promenade, Karadjordje Stadium, Spens, as well as Clinics Ferona and Genesis
