If you are looking for nice and cosy place to stay during your skiing season, then this is the right place for you. Our place is located in beautiful mountain village Treska, only 3.5 km far from the central part of Kopaonik and 1 km from the first slope. The place is divided in apartments, but it can be booked as a single house which can accommodate up to 15 people. Every apartment has it's kitchen and bathroom. flat screen TV, DVD player and WI FI. The place is very warm during the winter. You can choose from studio and apartment with separate bedrooms. Studio is about 28m2 and has it's own entrance. It has one double bed, one single bed and pullout sofa. Also fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a terace. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room with dining part and a kitchen, bathroom, 3 teraces. One room has double bed, and other two rooms have double bed and a single bed. Heating is mostly electrical. In all rooms and bathrooms there are panel heaters wich you can cotntrol. In the livingroom and the studio there are thermo accumulating heaters. Both units have wooden stoves which you can use if you like. Parking is free upon the house.

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, all nature and trees. Vikend naselje Treska, where this place is located, is a settlement of more than a thousand houses and apartments. It is located 3.5-4 km from central part of Kopaonik towards the town of Raska. First slope Suncana dolina is only 1 km far. It is well connected with roads that are regularly maintained during snow season. There are restaurants, shops, spa centers etc. Taxi is also very affordable option in getting around.
