Like passionate lovers in winter spells and nature we decided to start a job by renting apartments on the most beautiful mountain in the Balkans. For years, we had come to Kopaonik to rest and enjoy, in the winter, primarily because of skiing but also in the summer time in order to enjoy the beautiful nature, walking along the hiking trails and for relaxing in the wellness & spa center. With the renting of the apartments, we started in December 2018, left the current job and dedicate ourselves to our guests. Our apartments belong to Milmari resort, which is located 6,5 km from center of Kopaonik. Nearest ski slope is Sunčana Dolina 3,9 km far away. Each apartment has 1 large double bad and 1 sofa bed. Apartments are with flat-screen TV with cable channels, kitchen, refrigerator and own bathroom with hairdryer and towels. Most of the apartments are with terrace. Like our guest, you can enjoy in wellness & spa center with special discount of 30% on the standard price or 50% if you buy tickets for minimum 5 days. Wellness & spa center consists from several indoor swimming pools, 1 outdoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, Russian banya, Hamam, Salt room, Tepidarium and Massage center. A-la-carte restaurant is available on the site with possibility for reservation of breakfast and dinner with special price. You can use for a free parking, ski lockers, Wi-Fi which is available all around resort and children indoor and outdoor playground (additional charge only for babysitting). Front desk is open non-stop and within the Milmari resort is also supermarket as well as few caffe bars. Transport to the ski slopes is provided (additional charge will be applied) with shuttle bus each 30 minutes.

Kopaonik is the largest mountain range in Serbia, extends from the northwest to the southeast for 80 km and has a width of around 40 km in the middle. Highest peak is Pančićev Vrh at 2017 m. Kopaonik has a subalpine climate and is rightfully known as the Mountain of the Sun for there are almost 200 sunny days during the year. Snow falls from the end of November and stays until May, which is on average 159 days a year. Due to its valuable ecosystem, Kopaonik became a national park in 1981. Kopaonik National Park covers an area of 11,810 hectares huge number of endemic species. The first class ski slopes lie between 1650 m and 2017 m above sea-level. This tourist resort has a network of 24 ski-lifts connected in one system and 2 children’s lifts, and caters for all types of skiers. The ski-lift system covers the ski slopes total 55 km in length. The system can handle 32,000 skiers an hour. Guests also have the use of a 12km-slope for Nordic skiing, and in Crvene Bare there are marked slopes of 3, 5 and 10 km in length. Ski hire and repair services are also available, as well as snowmobile hire. Over 70 percent of ski resorts are covered by a system of artificial snow.
