Prelep apartman na mirnom mestu u Banji Vrujci sa tri terase i pogledom na aqua park i reku. Pekara u sklopu zgrade i besplatno parking mesto ispred zgrade. Sva bela tehnika ukljucujuci masinu za sudje, mikrotalasnu, masinu za ves, aparat za kafu, frizider i sporet. Odlicna inverter klima uredjaj tako da moze i da hladi i po potrebi ugreje a sto se dodatnog grejanja tice ima instalirane toplotne mermere sirom celog stana.
Naselje je tiho i mirno. Pekara u sklopu zgrade. Veoma blizu hotelu Vrujci i gradskim bazenima kao i na 100 m od aqua parka. Za dodatno relaksaciju imate masazni salon preko puta zgrade i fin i prijatan komsiluk.
