Opened in October 2019, Villa Umberti is located in Sibiu, the Gusterita (Hammersdorf) neighborhood, a former Saxon village, which was certified for the first time in 1309 as 'Villa Umberti'. Gusterita (Hammersdorf) preserves the charm of the Transylvanian Saxon villages with narrow streets, picturesque houses and a quiet atmosphere
The property is 350 m from the fortified Lutheran Church dating from the beginning of the 13th century and 3.9 km from the historical center of Sibiu. From the property you can easily reach all cultural, historical and tourist objectives in Sibiu and its surroundings.
Villa Umberti is newly renovated, full of sun, surrounded by large, green spaces, overlooking the Fortified Church, Gusterita hill and Cindrel mountain.
Outside the location offers a landscaped garden, with barbecue, relaxation place.
Also the guests can enjoy the garden fireplace and the Finnish club even on cold winter days upon a surcharge.
We offer for rent bicycles and e-bikes, mountain hikes, snow rocket rides or skis.
