Villa Alfredo is located a 2-minute walk from the historic center and the pedestrian area of the city, 1.5 km from Romaescu Park, 1.5 km from the Botanical Garden and 7 km from the airport.
In the street that connects it to the center there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops and the Mercur shopping center.
There is a taxi area (minerva) at 200 meters and the tax office (ANAF) at 150 m.
The building where the rooms are located has been recently renovated, the style is simple with refined details.
The owner, present in the structure, is Italian.
