The building is located in a very quiet neighborhood, very close to one of the city's biggest shopping malls, Shopping City Timisoara, where you can shop, eat, watch a movie and much more. From there you have access to the public transportation grid, that can take you to the city center within 15 mins, by using the bus or the tram.
