Company information

Corina Olaru is not just the designer of ROOM 12but the Concept Founder. Inspired by her world travels, she conceived a concept that bridges the gap between residential buildings and traditional hotels. Together with her team of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne graduates, she created a SOHO house for entrepreneurs. With a particular focus on community building, she created common lounging and terrace areas to act as the building's center piece. Throughout the 3 year journey to create Room12, she stayed true to her design aesthetic: Eclectic Modernism. Each Suite's design and story line are unique. Adorned with local artists' paintings, ceramics, and textiles, she prides herself on celebrating Romania's craftsmanship. She is not afraid of color, mixing and matching it seamlessly.
