The first owners of this building were Iancu and Victoria Corjescu in 1895.
In 2011, the property was claimed by the descendants of the Cerchez family, namely Don Rosetti Maria Ioana, Rosetti Scarlat Alexandru Anton and Rosetti Catrina Irina.
This place was used back in 80's till 2011 for political meetings held by top brasses in Romania.
Since 2014, the building belongs to the family Cogălniceanu Dumitru and Cogălniceanu Geta.
