Andreas is a Swiss national and trained decorator who has lived here since 2004, blending Swiss precision with local expertise. He co-founded the consulting firm Lynx Romania with Annamaria. Annamaria is a Romanian national, a certified tax consultant (CECCAR), and the heart of our local engagement, dedicating her passion to volunteer work with children. Together, through our professional backgrounds and the Initiative 2040 non-profit, we ensure your stay meets high international standards while generating meaningful social value. Our charming holiday home is designed as a "home away from home," combining rural tranquility with excellent urban connectivity. It is the perfect starting point for business travelers, explorers, or anyone simply looking to relax. The 72 m² modern villa accommodates max 4 guests and features a well-thought-out design with high ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The open living area is tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped open-space kitchen and a comfortable sofa. A separate, cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom ensure maximum comfort. An additional children's room can be provided aswell. Although you enjoy the peaceful stillness of the village of Cerghid, you are optimally connected: Mureș Airport and the nearest highway exit can be reached in 10 minutes. The city of Târgu Mureș, with its cultural and commercial offerings, is only 20 minutes away. We offer flexible pricing that rewards longer stays – ideal for digital nomads or expats.

Excellent Connectivity -Târgu Mureș: The city center is just a short 20 minute drive away (approx. 18 km). -Mureș Airport (TGM): Reach the airport and the nearest highway exit in 10 minutes. -Major Cities: Cluj-Napoca (105 km) and Sibiu (90 km) are easily accessible for day trips.
