Our luxurious and spacious apartments/studio, are located in the North side of Bucharest, in the heart of the business areas, close to all main points of interest(metro station, bus station, coffee shops, clubs, restaurants, casino, supermarket, mall, airport, private hospitals; and one of biggest parks, Herastrau). Our guests, are welcomed with an easy self check-in, system, being able to check-in 24/7. The buildings are protected by security, and CCTV system. The buildings are finalised in 2020, being a brand new complex.

⚠️We would like to inform you that, our Internal Rules and Regulations, are strict, and doesn’t admit modifications, any violation of it leading to reservation cancellation, and not having a fully refund. Please take in consideration the following: ❗️●the number of the people that will acces the location during the whole stay, will be the same as in the confirmed reservation; ❗️●the parties and noise nuisance in any phonic ways, are COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN; ❗️●respecting the quiet hours 1pm-4pm/ 10pm-8am, is mandatory; ❗️●moving or making modifications to furniture, or other objects is forbidden; ❗️●placing any garabage in any other place, than the designed one, behind the block, is forbidden; ❗️●for photo/Video shootings, it is required to inform the administration, and receive it’s approval, for having any online content posted inisde the location.⚠️Any unauthorized photo / video activites will be sanctioned according to current legal provisions.
