Located in Sapporo Town, a new residential complex close to the city's main points of interest, Modern Living offers all the amenities necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is a 10 min taxi ride to the city center and a 7 min taxi ride to Iulius Town Mall. The complex is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and is a 2 min walk to the nearest public transportation. ! CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS: In order to complete the accommodation form according to the regulations in force, the day before your arrival we will send you a file that you can easily complete individually. If you want us to complete the accommodation form for you, please send us a valid ID and an email address. In both cases you will receive a copy of the accommodation form by email immediately after completion. The apartment is located in the north of Timisoara, in a residential complex. The position of the apartment is good for business travel and also for vacations. It is a new apartment (2023), appealing and luxurious, situated at the first floor of the building. The apartment has 61 square meters, new furniture, one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room, one patio, and one well equipped kitchen in order to give our customer an excellent comfort. At 500 meters you have Auchan and Selgros Supermarket, Hornbach and Decathlon stores. At 3.1 km is Iulius Mall and 4.5 km is the Old City Center. The Airport is located at 10 Km (12 min by car). At only 150 meters there is a bus station for E1 Bus, that can take you to the Iulius Mall, City Center, Old Town, Shopping City. Taxi or Uber can also be a option.
