Featuring a patio with garden views, a garden, and a terrace, our home can be found in Iasi, Bucium; one of the most important hills in the city. The spacious apartment is 4.4 km away from Palas or Palace of culture and 5.8 km from the city center. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped with a kitchen and a full bathroom measuring 32 m2 both together. The spacious living room (40 m2) is designed to host gatherings of up to 10 people. However, we do make the small request of not making too much noise or mess. On warmer days, you can enjoy the 400 meters square shared garden and green space.

I've traveled around the world where I've been hosted by a lot of warm people I can now call friends. As a result, this has made me turn a small part of my house into a cozy apartment designed to host travelers in my hometown. I am mostly staying at home during the warmer months, but when I am not home, the property manager will do his best to make everyone feel welcome at our place.

Our house is strategically located in a quiet neighbourhood far away from the sound of the traffic, but not too far away from the city. You can find a Supermarket, an SPA, a Shopping Mall, and plenty of traditional restaurants within 1 km radius.
