Apartamentul este situat in zona zero a centrului orasului , la o distanta de aproximativ 100 metri de targul de craciun din Piata Mihai Viteazul.
Magazin non-stop la 5 minute de apartament , profi non-stop la 5 minute , statie de taxi in capatul strazii, si la o strada distanta de Parcul Sfantul Dumitru, recent amenajat cu lumini in spiritul craciunului.
