It is all new, fully equipped, furnished, close to the city center, just 3 minutes away from the natural park, 2 minutes away, access to the swimming pool, sauna, gym (with an access fee) and the entertainment area with free access inside, there is a market, clinic, multi-storey car park, beauty salon, GSM accessories + service, tailoring.
