The property offers 7 stylish accommodation units, each designed with a refined and functional layout to meet the needs of every guest. Each unit includes a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Most units also feature a laptop desk, terrace, or balcony, ideal for working or relaxing. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, flat-screen TV with cable channels, wardrobe, and free Wi-Fi for a seamless stay. The kitchenettes are fully equipped for light cooking, including an Essse coffee machine designed by Giugiaro, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and all the essentials for preparing simple meals. Bathrooms are fitted with rain showers, complimentary toiletries, towels, and hairdryers for your comfort. Guests can unwind in the property’s shared outdoor jacuzzi, located on the relaxing deck area, perfect for an evening under the stars. The hot tub/jacuzzi is available daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, fully functional all year round, with the water maintained at a comfortable 36°C, ensuring a soothing experience in any season. On request, we also provide baby facilities (cot and highchair), microwave, and iron, free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee. Additional amenities include free private parking within the courtyard, ensuring convenience and security, and self check-in access, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. The apartments are located in a quiet but classy and upscale neighborhood, just a few minutes driving from the green outskirts of the town. A short drive of 5 minutes (1.5 km) will take you to the center where you can find many opportunities to enjoy a specialty coffee or dine at one of the restaurants in the pedestrian area.
