The apartment is built in 2022. It has a living room with an extendable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a round table for four people. The bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm wide ; 210 cm long), a wardrobe, a flat-sceer tv and a desk with an ergonomic chair. The balcony is accessible both from the living room and from the bedroom and includes a small round table and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a five filters water filtration system, which ensures high quality drinking water both for drinking and also for cooking. Coffee and tea are included in the price and are at the guests' discretion The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a central heating system, air conditioning free wi-fi and free private parking space.

The apartment is in the Decebal Residence Complex, in a quiet area of the city, a 5-minute walk to Elecroputere Mall, and has non-stop shops nearby. Craiova Airport is 10 minutes away by car and Craiova Train Station 3 minutes away by car. The bus stop is at the exit of the complex, and the tram stop is a 4-minute walk away.
