It's not only a space for rent, is our 2nd home away from the crowded city! We refurbished this 50sqm apartment with love for our own holidays and we thought why not share it when we're busy? It's 5-7 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. I'll be delighted to offer tips for trips and suggestions of activities and restaurants around. Sometimes bears comes around. Pay attention! Please note than one bedroom may be restricted for 1 or 2 guest bookings. The gas cost vary a lot from a guest to another. In order to keep the price reasonable, we allow max 22oC on the thermostat. If one needs more, the extra charge is 30 RON/day. Between 1st of May and 31st of October the heating is charged extra 50RON/day irrespective of outdoor/indoor temperature.

Predeal is one of Romania's top ski resorts and officially the highest altitude city (not village). There are plenty of hiking trails, fun options and modern restaurants. From Predeal one can easily explore all other top resorts from Valea Prahovei or may visit the vibrant Brasov. This block of flats holds mostly holliday appartaments. It will be silent. The surrounding is idillic. 5-7 minutes walking to the railstation and bus station. There are trains to Brasov or Bucharest almost every hour, in average.
