Nestled in a picturesque landscape, away from the city’s hustle and bustle, this charming retreat is located on the DN73 road between Râșnov and Bran—an ideal base for exploring the entire area. Outside, you’ll find a spacious terrace perched above a koi pond, complete with a covered bar and barbecue area. From here, you can take in breathtaking views of the nearby lake and the surrounding mountains, including the Bucegi and Piatra Craiului ranges. Guests can enjoy two complimentary bicycles for exploring the local area. In the evening, unwind by a cozy campfire in a designated area or indulge in a hot tub experience—both available at an additional cost. Inside, the main house is thoughtfully designed for creativity, relaxation, and fun. You’ll find a library, a video projector, a PlayStation, various games, and a workbench, making it perfect for crafting, brainstorming, or simply unwinding. The space also features a bathroom with a shower and a studio with a kitchenette. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the workshop, a sofa bed in a second room, and another double bed in the open-space attic. Additionally, three charming cottages are available, each offering 30 square meters of cozy living space. Each cottage features two bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette—perfect for families or small groups seeking privacy and comfort. For an extra touch of whimsy, the Hobbit-style house can be rented as an additional option, accommodating two more guests.
