I built this private condo of 8 luxury villas, in 2002. It is a private condominium with manicured garden and Beautiful Pool ! In 2018, I decided to upgrade villa interiors to a very high standard ! Looking forward to share it with you . Guests have enjoyed increased satisfaction throughout the years, as I always try to increase the quality of the infrastructure, year by year. Vila Balaia is situated in a well know condominium called Quinta da Balaia. Quinta da Balaia was built in the early 70´s and therefore now enjoys beautiful green parks with mature trees . Nearby, there is a nice park where one can enjoy some of best tennis competitions or enjoy a drink at the sunset ! Situated on the outskirts of Albufeira, Vila Balaia allows guests to go out for dinner to some of the nicest fish and seafood restaurants, some of them literally situated on the beach, such as " Passaro Azul ", " Ruina " " Evaristo " or enjoy the multiple options in Vilamoura Marina, such as " Akwavit "...! You also have the best beach options nearby, such as " Falesia Beach " ( 5km ) namely 11th best beach in the world, by Tripadvisor, 2019 or Sta Eulalia Beach just 5 minutes away, by car ! Also, Vila Balaia is nearby the great marine life park, called " Zoomarine " , just 15 minutes drive away One can also visit the " Desert Islands " and spend there a full day Another interesting tour is to visit the famous beach of " Benagil " and its caves, by boat Our resort Manger, Claudia will be happy to attend to your most desired tour and help you with all the requirements
