The property is located at the edge of a small and authentic village. It has a micro climate compared to the rest of Monchique, warmer and dry. From our place you can do some wonderful hiking, bird watching or simply enjoy the abundance of nature. At the property you can also experience the power of singing bowls or experience the healing power of a holistic treatment.
We are Dirk-Jan and Karin. From March 1, 2023 we are the proud owners of Casa Spa d'Alma. We were looking for a combination of meeting new people, enjoyment, rest and hiking in nature. This resulted in the dream to go to Portugal and open a B&B. Our search ended at the moment we arrived at Casa Spa d'Alma. We instantly fell in love. For us, everything came together here. We kindly invite you to our B&B.
We are on the edge of a small and old typical village where life continues like it was many years ago. The nearest restaurant is 4 kilometers and the nearest local shop is 400 meters away. Monchique is perfect for activities like hiking, ATB and downhill biking, there is a whole range of outdoor activities. ask us.
