"Quinta dos 10" is a traditional orange production farm with gardens that occupies an area of two hectares.
Located in an old summer resort of Ponta Delgada, at just 4 kms from the center of town, the farm combines the proximity of the city center with the quiteness of wide green spaces.
"Quinta dos 10" offers two T2 units and a T1 unit, each with air conditioning, private patio, bathroom and kitchen.
The property features a panoramic heated outdoor pool with heat pump and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the garden and orange groves.
