I'm the youngest of our family and the manager of the farm. I live here all the year with my 8 and 11 year old boys. Always available for our guests needs onsite or to help them finding their dream vacation activities on the surroundings.

This is our family farm! A old roman settlement, in my family hands since 18th century. Became certified organic in 1990 through my father work and nowadays is like a small ecological and artistic community. Beauty is our goal, in harmony with nature

While you are here, you may choose between the most diverse activities: observe birds in the Natural Reserve; stroll among roman Saltpans; visit the castles of Castro Marim, Cacela Velha or Alcoutim. If you prefer you can even participate in the process of fruit collecting, salt flower extraction. If you choose so, you may walk through the extense sand plains of nearby beaches or visit Ayamonte (Spain) 6km away. Everything slowly, very slowly.

此住宿的住客须知

Thank you for booking at Quinta da Fornalha. Our accommodation consists of two types of experiences: agritourism (traditional houses) and glamping (a natural campsite with wooden cabins).

When you book one of the rooms with a shared bathroom, you are booking in our Glamping. This area consists of 4 tents/cabins for two people. These tents/cabins do not have climate control or running water. The Glamping area has a communal kitchen and shared bathroom and shower facilities. Guests in this space have access to all services at Quinta da Fornalha: lake (1 km away), pool (500 m away), restaurant, and public areas (400 m away).

If you book one of the houses that do not have shared services, you are booking in the Agritourism unit.
