Offering 4 restaurants, 2 bars and Atlantic Ocean views, the 5-star Pestana Carlton Madeira Ocean Resort Hotel is situated on a cliff top on Madeira Island. Funchal’s centre is 10 minutes' walk away. Pestana Carlton Madeira's leisure has an on-site diving center. All suites and rooms feature elegant décor, flat-screen TVs and balconies with sea, mountain or pool views. One of the 2 saltwater pools has stairs leading to the sea. For relaxation, Magic Spa by Pestana includes a jacuzzi, Scottish shower and turkish bath. Guests can choose from Arcos restaurant that serves buffet breakfast and dinner, the à la carte Taverna Grill serves dinner only, the Garden Pool serves mostly lunch and snacks during the day and The Pub is available for lunch and dinner, the latter also à la carte. Activities such as paragliding, yacht excursions and windsurfing are available nearby. The Pestana Carlton Madeira Ocean Resort Hotel is a 20-minute drive from Madeira's International Airport. Private parking is available, at an extra fee.
