CABRA is a hidden retreat in Alentejo, designed for those seeking to slow down, reconnect with nature, and create family memories. Among charming little houses, the Cow, the Bear, and the Goat, the Treehouse that seems to grow from the trunk, and the Tipi straight out of a fairy tale, every detail invites a slow, harmonious life in the countryside. The space is educational and family-friendly: every animal has a name and enchants while teaching, participating in a small countryside orchestra led by the birds that set the rhythm and magic of the days. The library, spread across the gardens, offers magical corners where each guest can choose their own spot to read and explore, creating moments of discovery and tranquility. There are no TVs here: we replaced them with board games, encouraging sharing, fun, and reconnection between people. In summer, breakfasts at Café do Louro, accompanied by the sounds of Pavarotti, make each morning light and enchanting. Sustainability and care are at the heart of everything we do: we work with local Portuguese partners, every detail is carefully considered, and even our cleaning products are eco-friendly, certified Green Care. Guests are invited to participate in composting and the garden, learning conscious, organic practices. CABRA is a living space where every object, house, animal, musical note, and garden tells a story.
