With wooden floors throughout, the spacious, air-conditioned apartment has a double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, and a dining room which opens onto the living room with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen includes an oven, fridge and microwave. The apartments Flattered to be in Lisbon retain all the charm of the era embodied in the original plasterwork, in characteristic footers and wooden floors. By the hand of the architect José Carlos Cruz the eclectic mix of these architectural elements with vintage furniture pieces and some classics of contemporary design give the decor a touch of sobriety and refinement. It is in this contemporary environment that the Flattered Art Collection pontificates as a structural element of the project. The Collection consists of works by Young Portuguese Artists with a strong presence of work in the field of Illustration and Urban Art.All units offer fully equipped kitchens, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The property features an elegant elevator recently refurbished accordingly to all the safety legislation. Cozy apartment with 4 bedrooms and views of the city.
